 Five multi-layered sintered metal filter cartridges

Sintered candle filter, also called sintered metal candle filter and metal candle filter cartridge, is fabricated from quality sintered wire mesh. Sintered wire mesh has five layers, including a protective layer, a precision control layer, a dispersion layer and two reinforcing layers. Compared with perforated candle filter, sintered candle filter has a larger filtration surface and higher filtration precision. Sintered wire mesh is an ideal filter material characterized by high mechanical strength and good integral rigidity. Sintered candle filter absorbs the advantages of the former. It has many excellent properties, such as strong corrosion resistance, high structural strength, superior permeability and high filtration accuracy. This metal material can be made into pleated candle filter, available in customized design.

Sintered metal candle filter is convenient to operate and clean. It is suitable for precise filtration, separation, dispersion and backwash.
