Dust breaking wall is a type of flexible barrier for wind and dust proofing in industrial and municipal engineering applications. The flexible windbreak netting is made of high density polyethylene, which is added with anti-ultraviolet agent agent, fire retardant and cross-linking agent. It has excellent wind reduction and shading performance.

Structure of flexible windbreak netting

• Single layer flexible windbreak netting. It is the standard flexible windbreak netting, which can achieve 65-85% wind and dust prevention. It has different weight and opening area to suit different areas and achieve different windbreak performance.
• Double layer flexible windbreak netting. For better windbreak performance, we can supply the double layer flexible windbreak netting. • Wire drawing. The materials will be produced into thick wires in the machine.
• Weaving. The weaving machine is exported, which is advanced and automatic. Thin wires are woven in special technology to wire netting. The solid knot structure will not ravel in any situation.
• Cut into pieces. All the windbreak netting will be cut according to customers' requirements.the border of flexible windbreak netting has overlap and binding type. Over lap type refers to overlap the edge of netting and then stitch them with machine. The binding type is that cover an extra sheet for stitching and strengthening border.
